Please call us to make an appointment at 651-641-1908 or email austinfamilydental@live.com for availability. Your time is important to us and we will make every effort to schedule your appointment in a timely fashion. Emergencies are always seen as soon as possible. Please have x-rays from your previous dental office transferred to Austin Family Dental prior to your appointment. New Patients

We request new patients complete Registration and Health History forms. You may print forms by clicking here, and bring with you to your first appointment.

Changing An Appointment

At Austin Family Dental we set up appointments to accommodate your schedule. If you need to change your appointment, we kindly request at least 24-48 hours notice within the business week. If we are unavailable to take your call, please feel free to leave a detailed message letting us know how we may help you. Providing details such as the times and days you are available for an appointment will help us quickly serve your needs.

Know What to Expect

Prior to completing treatment, we can provide you with a written treatment plan to outline the treatment, the amount of time for each appointment and the costs of each phase.

Insurance

Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. Please call our office and our staff will help determine if you are covered by your insurance carrier. You can also contact your insurance carrier’s customer services department (this phone number is usually located on the back of your insurance card) to determine your coverage at our office. We do not accept Medical Assistance or Medicare.

Smile Plan

Austin Family Dental is happy to offer our patients, without dental insurance our Smile Plan savings program. Read more about how you can save on the cost of your care!

Payment Policies

Payment is expected in full at the time of service.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.

We offer a 5% discount and 10% senior discount (65+) for individuals without insurance.

We also offer interest free financing through Care Credit, which you can apply for in our office.
